Stormboarding's Rachael Miller is the country's first instructor to be certified by PASA (Professional Air Sports Association) as both a snowkiting and kitesurfing instructor. She is a PASA Level 2 snowkite and kitesurfing instructor. Rachael is also certified by US Sailing as a Windsurfing Instructor and Level 1&2 Sailing Instructor Trainer and is licensed by the US Coast Guard as a Captain for boats up to 50 tons.
